1. Shake gently, then pour a coin-sized amount into your palm. Skip the cotton pad, since it soaks up your SPF.
2. Pat it over your face and neck as the last step of your morning routine, about thirty minutes before you head out, then repeat for a second and third thin layer.
3. Reapply every two hours in the sun, and after sweating or swimming since it isn't water-resistant.
