Please email us immediately at  so that we can accomodate your request! If your order has been packed already we can no longer add/change items in your order.

How much is your same-day shipping fee?

For Metro Manila it is Php 125 or free for orders above P2,000. 

How much is your provincial shipping fee?

It is Php 150 or free for orders above P2,000. 

How can I avail the free shipping?

All orders above P2,000 is eligible for free shipping, same-day for metro manila orders!

When will you ship my order?

We ship orders out in the morning Monday to Saturday. All orders made on Saturday and Sunday are shipped Monday morning.

How will you ship my order?

We hand over all orders to our 3rd party couriers.

    • Mr. Speedy or Lalamove for Metro Manila deliveries
    • NINJAVAN for Greater Manila and Provincial

How long it will take for my order to arrive?

If within Metro Manila you will get it on the same day or the next day if you ordered on Sunday or past noon. For Luzon delivery, it may take 7-10 business days. For Visayas and Mindanao, lead time is around 8-10 business days. 

No shipping on weekends and Holidays.

Where will my order ship from?

It is shipped from our office in Metro Manila. 

What if no one receives the order?

If no one receives the order or the customer is unreachable and no extra instructions were provided, we will be paying for the delivery from the customer's address to ours. Therefore, we cannot re-deliver an order unless the customer pays for a second delivery fee of P150. You may purchase the delivery fee here: RE-DELIVERY FEE

Returns, Refunds and Damages

An item is missing from my package. What should I do?

Please email us at with the subject as: Missing Item [Your Order #] and let us know which item was missing.

I received a damaged item. What should I do?

Please email us at immediately with a picture of the item and a description so that we can have your order replaced. Use the subject Damages Item [Your Order #].

Can I exchange a product?

We do not allow any returns or exchanges.

Can I get a refund?

Once the order has been placed and processed, we do not allow refunds.
