How do I get my order on the same-day?
Make sure to choose PICK-UP upon checkout and our team will process it ASAP. You will receive an email notification once ready and you may pickup your order until 5 PM. No pickups on Sundays.
How much is your shipping fee?
For Metro Manila it is Php 150 or free for orders above P2,000.
How much is your provincial shipping fee?
For Greater Manila, it is Php 200 or free for orders above P2,000.
For Provincial, it is Php 250, or P100 for orders above P2,000
How can I avail the free shipping?
All orders above P2,000 is eligible for free shipping, except for Provincial areas due to high shipping costs!
When will you ship my order?
We ship orders out in the morning Monday to Saturday. All orders made on Saturday and Sunday are shipped or delivered Monday morning.
How will you ship my order?
We hand over all orders to our 3rd party couriers.

- ENTREGO for Greater Manila and Provincial
- LBC for VIS/MIN
How long it will take for my order to arrive?
If within Metro Manila you will get it within 2-3 days. For Luzon delivery, it may take 7-10 business days. For Visayas and Mindanao, lead time is around 8-10 business days.
No shipping on Sundays and Holidays.

It is shipped from our office in Metro Manila.
What if no one receives the order?
If no one receives the order or the customer is unreachable and no extra instructions were provided, we will be paying for the delivery from the customer's address to ours. Returns, Refunds and Damages
An item is missing from my package. What should I do?
Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with the subject as: Missing Item [Your Order #] and let us know which item was missing.
I received a damaged item. What should I do?
Please email us at email@example.com immediately with a picture of the item and a description so that we can have your order replaced. Use the subject Damages Item [Your Order #].
Can I exchange a product?
We do not allow any returns or exchanges.
Can I get a refund?
Once the order has been placed and processed, we do not allow refunds.
