What are the instructions for SAME DAY delivery?

After choose SAME DAY upon check out, we will send a text message confirming that you are available to receive the order. We will then deliver it before 8pm or earlier if the order was placed in the morning. If we do not receive a text message confirming your availability to receive, you will receive your order the next day.
I chose SAME DAY as the shipping option, when can I expect my order?

If you ordered before 4PM, your item will be delivered via Lalamove by 8PM. If you ordered after 4PM, your order will be delivered the next day.
What are the instructions for PICK UP delivery?

You will receive an email with instructions once ready. You may pick up from our Makati Office before 5PM, Mondays to Saturdays.

If you ordered before 4PM, will process your order ASAP and you will receive an email notification and you may pickup your order within the day between 10AM - 5 PM on Monday to Saturday.

How much is your shipping fee?

For Metro Manila it is Php 150 or free for orders above P2,000.
How much is your provincial shipping fee?

For Greater Manila, it is Php 200 or free for orders above P2,000.
For Provincial, it is Php 250, or P100 for orders above P2,000
How can I avail the free shipping?

All orders above P2,000 is eligible for free shipping, except for Provincial areas due to high shipping costs!
When will you ship my order?

We ship orders out in the morning Monday to Saturday. All orders made on Saturday and Sunday are shipped or delivered Monday morning.

How long it will take for my order to arrive?

If within Metro Manila you will get it within 2-3 days. For Luzon delivery, it may take 7-10 business days. For Visayas and Mindanao, lead time is around 8-10 business days.
