Can I add/change items in my order?
Unfortunately once the order has been placed, we cannot change the items for that order. If ever, you can email us immediately to cancel that order and create a new order with the items you are 100% sure of.
Can I cancel my order?
Please email us directly at firstname.lastname@example.org within 2 hours of making your order if you wish you cancel your order.
How much is your shipping fee?
Our shipping fee is dependent on the area. For Metro Manila it is Php 150, Greater Manila Area is Php 200 and Provincial is Php 250.

How can I avail the free shipping?
For Metro Manila orders above Php 2,000, for Greater Manila, orders above Php 2,500, and for Provincial orders above Php 3,500 we'll provide you free shipping.
When will you ship my order?
We ship orders out in the morning Monday to Friday. For all orders made on Friday, Saturday and Sunday are shipped Monday morning.
How will you ship my order?
We hand over all orders to our 3rd party couriers.

How long it will take for my order to arrive?
We will try to get your order to you as fast as possible but please allow 2-5 business days for your order to arrive if within Metro Manila. For Luzon delivery, it may take 7-10 business days. For Visayaz and Mindanao, lead time is 8-12 business days.
No shipping on weekends and Holidays.

Returns, Refunds and Damages
An item is missing from my package. What should I do?
Please email us at email@example.com with the subject as: Missing Item [Your Order #] and let us know which item was missing.
I received a damaged item. What should I do?
Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org immediately with a picture of the item and a description so that we can have your order replaced. Use the subject Damages Item [Your Order #].
Can I exchange a product?
We do not allow any returns or exchanges.
Can I get a refund?
Once the order has been placed and processed, we do not allow refunds.
