For Metro Manila it is Php 100 or free for orders above P2,000.

    How can I avail the free shipping?

    For Metro Manila orders above Php 2,000, for Greater Manila, orders above Php 2,500, and for Provincial orders above Php 3,500 we'll provide you free shipping.

    When will you ship my order?

    We ship orders out in the morning Monday to Friday. For all orders made on Friday, Saturday and Sunday are shipped Monday morning.

    How will you ship my order?

    We hand over all orders to our 3rd party couriers.

    How long it will take for my order to arrive?

    We will try to get your order to you as fast as possible but please allow 2-5 business days for your order to arrive if within Metro Manila. For Luzon delivery, it may take 7-10 business days. For Visayas and Mindanao, lead time is 8-12 business days. 

    No shipping on weekends and Holidays.

    It is shipped from our office in Metro Manila. 

    Returns, Refunds and Damages

    An item is missing from my package. What should I do?

    Please email us at with the subject as: Missing Item [Your Order #] and let us know which item was missing.

    I received a damaged item. What should I do?

    Please email us at immediately with a picture of the item and a description so that we can have your order replaced. Use the subject Damages Item [Your Order #].

    Can I exchange a product?

    We do not allow any returns or exchanges.

    Can I get a refund?

    Once the order has been placed and processed, we do not allow refunds.
