Do you accept Cash-on-Delivery? How does it work?

Yes we do! Upon check out you will have an option to choose Cash-on-Delivery (COD). Once your order arrives, our 3rd party courier will present the total to which you pay directly to, to receive your items. Be reminded that the couriers do not bring change so please present the exact amount.

Can I add/change items in my order?

Unfortunately once the order has been placed, we cannot change the items for that order. If ever, you can email us immediately to cancel that order and create a new order with the items you are 100% sure of. 

Can I cancel my order?

Please email us directly at within 2 hours of making your order if you wish you cancel your order. 


How much is your shipping fee?

Our shipping fee is dependent on the area. For Metro Manila it is Php 100, Greater Manila Area is Php 180 and Provincial is Php 230.

How can I avail the free Metro Manila shipping?

If your total purchase reaches Php 1,500 we allow free shipping on your order. 

When will you ship my order?

We ship orders out in the morning Monday to Friday. For all orders made on Friday, Saturday and Sunday are shipped Monday morning.

How will you ship my order?

We hand over all orders to our 3rd party couriers.

How long it will take for my order to arrive?

We will try to get your order to you as fast as possible but please allow 2-4 business days for your order to arrive if within Metro Manila. For Greater Manila and provincial, it may take 4-10 days. 

No shipping on weekends and Holidays.

Returns, Refunds and Damages

An item is missing from my package. What should I do?

Please email us at with the subject as: Missing Item [Your Order #] and let us know which item was missing.

I received a damaged item. What should I do?

Please email us at immediately with a picture of the item and a description so that we can have your order replaced. Use the subject Damages Item [Your Order #].

Can I exchange a product?

We do not allow any returns or exchanges.
