Same Day Delivery

What are the instructions for SAME DAY delivery?

If you place your order before 3PM you can still get your order on the same day. Make sure to press SAME DAY as your shipping option and we will send a text message confirming that you are available to receive the order. We will then deliver it before 8pm or earlier if the order was placed before 3pm. If we do not receive a text message confirming your availability to receive, you will receive your order the next day. We do not offer same day delivery on Sundays.

I chose SAME DAY as the shipping option, when can I expect my order?

If you ordered before 3PM, your item will be delivered via Lalamove by 8PM. If you ordered after 3PM, your order will be delivered the next day. We do not offer same day delivery on Sundays.

What are the instructions for PICK UP delivery? When can I pick up my order?

If you ordered before 3PM, will process your order ASAP and you will receive an email notification once it's ready for pick up. You may pickup your order yourself or with your chosen courier within the day between 10AM - 5PM on Monday to Saturday.

Shipping

How much is your shipping fee?

For Metro Manila it is Php 100 or free for orders above P2,000.

How much is your provincial shipping fee?

For Greater Manila, it is Php 175 or free for orders above P2,000.

For Provincial, it is Php 250, or P100 for orders above P2,000

How can I avail the free shipping?

All orders above P2,000 is eligible for free shipping, except for Provincial areas due to high shipping costs!

When will you ship my order?

We ship orders out in the morning Monday to Saturday. All orders made on Saturday and Sunday are shipped or delivered Monday morning.

How will you ship my order?

  • We hand over all orders to our 3rd party couriers.
  • JNT for Metro Manila, Greater Manila and Provincial deliveries
  • LBC for VIS/MIN

How long it will take for my order to arrive?

If within Metro Manila you will get it within 2-3 days. For Luzon delivery, it may take 7-10 business days. For Visayas and Mindanao, lead time is around 8-10 business days.

No shipping on Sundays and Holidays.

It is shipped from our office in Metro Manila.

What if no one receives the order?

If no one receives the order or the customer is unreachable and no extra instructions were provided, we will be paying for the delivery from the customer's address to ours. Therefore, we cannot re-deliver an order unless the customer pays for a second delivery fee of P200. Returns, Refunds, & Damages

An item is missing from my package. What should I do?

Please email us at hello@seekspace.co with the subject as: Missing Item [Your Order #] and let us know which item was missing.

I received a damaged item. What should I do?

Please email us at hello@seekspace.co immediately with a picture of the item and a description so that we can have your order replaced. Use the subject Damages Item [Your Order #].

Can I exchange a product?

We do not allow any returns or exchanges.

Can I get a refund?

Once the order has been placed and processed, we do not allow refunds.
