Skincare - Centella Essence

For Context:
I have terrible Post-inflammatory erythema (PIE)... Left pic (natural light no makeup) looks mild, but this was about 5 months ago--December 2024... After trying to use Benzoyl peroxide around February, my skin couldn't handle it and got super sensitive and super red... My barrier literally plummeted. I had to recover by moisturizing and using soothing and anti-inflammatory products. Centella Asiatica, especially Centella Essence from Glow Monster, is really good because it's anti-inflammatory, moisturizing, AND strengthens skin barrier.

Right pic (current, May 2025, no foundation makeup--just eyeliner and mascarra, but this is under computer lighting actually). I have sensitive skin that's also oily sometimes... If you're like me who suffers from PIE or even rosacea, I recommend it, but do your research as well.

I rarely get breakouts, and that's usually because I stay up late, or stress, and even consume unnecessary sugar.. I'd get one to two acne in these cases recently. (Additionally, for breakouts, I use the AXIS-Y Dark Spot Correcting Glow Serum topically on my active acne so that it calms down and after a week or so it settles down...)

I love Centella Essence and Axis Y Dark Spot Correcting Serum, and I'll honestly keep using them.
