IMPT: QUARANTINE SHIPPING INSTRUCTIONS

It's been difficult but we do have some ways in which you can get your order sooner than later (after quarantine)! 

SHOPEE

We can ship NATIONWIDE orders through Shopee under all of Shopee's payment terms (including Cash-On-Delivery). Please choose J&T Express or XPost as your shipping option.

PICK-UPS

Same-day METRO MANILA pickups can be done for orders made on this website but please make sure of the following:

• Orders must be pre-paid via bank deposit or Paypal
• If an order is for pickup but is under a COD payment term, we will contact you but this may lead to delays
• Pickups are only done on Mondays and Fridays: 12-4 PM
• Customer will arrange for the Grab / Lalamove driver
• We will email you or Instagram DM you instructions for pickup. If you'd like to be reached sooner, please reach out to us on Instagram.

Note: If you would like to cancel an order made and re-order either through Shopee or pre-pay your Seek Space order so that it can be prepared for pickup then please email us at hello@seekspace.co or DM us with your order # so that we can assist you.
